2. Accounts

• To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@ubani.co if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Service

InteriorLab provides an AI-powered interior design assistant for visualizing home improvements, which may include:

• Capturing or uploading photos of your rooms to generate design variations.
• Applying different interior design styles (e.g., Modern, Scandinavian, Industrial) to your spaces.
• Saving, organizing, and sharing your generated design concepts.
• Receiving personalized design recommendations based on your preferences.

You agree to use the Service only:

• For lawful purposes;
• In compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party terms.

4. User Content & Permissions

• When you upload photos or provide input (e.g., room descriptions), you grant us a license to process that content to generate the design outputs you request.
• You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you submit (e.g., they are photos of your own property or you have permission).
• We are not responsible for content you upload that infringes on third-party rights.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

• Some features of InteriorLab may be offered for free; others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Subscription details (pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation) will be displayed in the app or on our website.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, App Store, Google Play).
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

7. AI Features and Limitations

• InteriorLab uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate interior design visualizations.
• AI outputs are simulated predictions and may not be structurally feasible, accurate to scale, or physically possible to construct exactly as shown. They are for inspiration purposes only.
• You are responsible for verifying any design concepts with professional architects or contractors before undertaking actual construction or renovation.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use outputs in violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

• InteriorLab and all related content, software, and branding are owned by Ubani LTD or its licensors.
• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

10. Termination

• You may stop using InteriorLab at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We disclaim liability for damages arising from reliance on AI outputs or design suggestions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ubani LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ubani LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
